My Philosophy

Helping people through important decisions didn’t start with insurance for me - it started at 17 years old, when I joined the United States Army.

During my military service, I experienced firsthand some of the most difficult moments in people’s lives. I saw families facing uncertainty, loss, and situations they never expected to navigate. Those experiences shaped how I view responsibility, leadership, and service. They taught me the importance of preparation, clarity, and being present when people need support the most.

Since then, I’ve spent the last 20 years in leadership and mentorship roles, helping people navigate through life’s challenges across military service, business ownership, coaching, and volunteer work. Whether leading teams, mentoring individuals, or serving in the community, my focus has always been on helping people make thoughtful decisions and move forward with confidence.

Today, that same mindset guides my work in insurance and financial services. I believe people deserve honest conversations and guidance that helps them make informed, responsible decisions to protect themselves, their families, and what they’ve worked hard to build. Too often, insurance conversations are delayed or rushed, leaving people with coverage that doesn’t truly fit their lives. My role is to help change that.

My team and I provide auto, home, life, business, renters, health, and financial services with a focus on listening first and educating along the way. I bring over 20 years of experience in leadership, mentoring, coaching, and business direction, including working alongside one of the top agents in Ohio and supporting State Farm agents across multiple states. Each step of my career: military service, business ownership, coaching, nonprofit work, and community leadership has reinforced the value of preparation and people-first service.

My Personal Life

Family is at the center of everything I do. My wife, Alex, and I are raising four children — Ella, Ryker, AJ, and Cohen — along with our pets Sophie the dog, Ziggy the lizard, and Abbi the snake. Outside of work, most of our time is spent at games, practices, and family adventures, creating memories together.

I’m actively involved in my kids’ lives, coaching Ryker’s soccer team, cheering on Ella in cross country, track, and soccer, and supporting AJ in baseball and basketball. Being present, encouraging effort, and teaching responsibility through action are values I carry both at home and in my work.

In addition to family and the office, I enjoy public speaking, community involvement, volunteering, and cooking. Whether professionally or personally, I believe showing up prepared, listening well, and helping others navigate challenges with confidence makes a meaningful difference.
